Thank you for your airport transfer booking with A20 Cars.

Airport Drop Off’s - All drop off charges payable to the relevant airports are included in the fare. The time for collection will be mutually arranged at the time of  booking. On the day we will monitor the traffic and may need to collect you earlier then arranged.

 

Airport Collections:- The pick up time will be set for 30 minutes post estimated flight arrival time, even if travelling with Hand Luggage Only.

 

We are monitoring your flight so we don’t arrive too early to avoid any extra charges.

 

In the event of notification of any delay to your flight you should notify us as soon as possible by;

Failure to notify us could result in additional waiting charges being levied (please see below).

 

If there is any delay in the aircraft arriving at the gate, in passport control or in baggage reclaim in excess of 1 (one) hour after the booking time then Waiting Time will be charged.Waiting time for delayed flights with no prior notification or following the flight arrival time will be charged at the rate of £30 per hour in 15 minute segments.

Evening flights that are delayed and land after 12am will be charged at night rate which is time and a half.

If any delay is such that we are unable to fulfil your requirements then we can provide you with contact details for an alternative local company. In these instances we are happy to provide you with an invoice for the amount due in order for you to make a claim from the airline in line with their compensation rules.

We regret having to introduce these measures but the short comings in both the airlines and airports have a very large impact on the business and on other customers who have booked our services.

 

For “Meet & Greet” additional parking charges will be added, for collection at the pick up/drop off zone only there will be no added parking charges.

 

Please ensure we have your full name, number of passengers and for the return flight we have the flight number and time of arrival.
